Brewing instructions:
Place 1 whole Blue Lotus flower in a mug or teapot. Fill with almost boiling water and keep the flower submerged underwater while steeping using tongs or stirrer.
Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add honey if desired. 
One flower makes 3 cups.  If using a mug, reuse the flower. If using a teapot, fill with 3 cups worth of water.
