Seleno Health cacao is fermented and sun dried, before being de-husked and shredded into small nibs, following ancient traditions. It is packed with bioactive ethanolamides, tryptophan, tryptamine, phenylethylamine, polyphenols, magnesium, zinc and other essential minerals, with beautiful rich aromatic flavour.
