Journey to connect with nature, meet the energies of the land and connect with your higher self to find answers within - This experience can be life changing. Experience includes: Cacao ceremony, Aromatherapy, Guided healing and reiki, Forest bathing, Snacks and hot meal, Personalised attention of experienced shamanic guide. Benefits may include Finding your internal compass and exploring your internal landscape, Meeting your power animal, Powerful healing and energetic release, self connection and Feeling held and connected with nature. Can be solo journeys or groups up to 5 people. Please bring, Layers for all weather, Backpack , Water bottle, Jandals, Journal and pen. Time frame is approx 4-5 hours.
