Service Description
Reconnect with your body as a source of awareness, regulation, and healing. These one-on-one somatic sessions are designed to support you in gently releasing stored tension, processing emotional patterns, and restoring a sense of safety within your nervous system. Rather than working purely through the mind, this approach invites you into direct experience — listening to the signals of the body and allowing space for natural resolution. Each session is guided by your unique needs and intentions. Through a combination of breath awareness, gentle body-based techniques, and present-moment tracking, you’ll be supported to slow down, build sensitivity, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Sessions may include: * Guided somatic awareness and nervous system regulation * Breathwork to support release and grounding * Gentle touch or bodywork (with consent) * Emotional processing through body-based inquiry *Sacred Rage process * Integration practices to support lasting change Choose your session length - 60 minutes** — focused support for a specific issue or reset - 90 minutes** — a deeper, more spacious session allowing for greater exploration and integration This work is suitable if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional blocks, or simply feel disconnected from your body. You’ll leave with a greater sense of presence, clarity, and tools to support yourself beyond the session.
